Service Agreement: By booking our pet walking or pet transportation services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and you are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
Booking and Confirmation: All services must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us, which will include details of the service, date, and time.
Scheduling:
Services are available within the hours of 10 AM-08:00 PM. Any requests outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.
Changes or cancellations to scheduled walks must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Safety and Conduct:
Walkers will adhere to safety protocols, including using appropriate leashes and avoiding hazardous areas.
Pet owners must inform us of any specific needs, behavioral issues, or medical conditions. Failure to disclose such information may
result in a compromise of your pet’s safety.
Liability:
We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your pet’s behavior during the walk unless due to our negligence.
In case of emergency, we will contact you immediately and take appropriate action. You are responsible for any medical costs incurred during or after the service.
Updates and Communication:
We will provide updates during the walk as per the communication method agreed upon.

You must provide all necessary documentation, including vaccination records and health certificates, as required for the transportation.
Safety and Comfort:
Our vehicles are equipped to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort. Pets must be transported with collar, leash, harnesses and Muzzle.
Special needs or medical conditions must be communicated to us prior to transport. We will make reasonable accommodations but are not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Liability:
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or illness to your pet that occurs during transportation. In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and take necessary actions to address the situation. You are responsible for any medical costs that arise during or after transportation.
Tracking and Communication:
We offer tracking services. You will be able to monitor your pet’s journey via Application, WhatsApp.
Any changes to the schedule or route will be communicated to you promptly.
Fees and Charges.
Fees are as stated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services or changes to the original booking.
Payment is due upon booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds:
We don’t provide refunds. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered.
Pet Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your pet, including any medical conditions, behavioral issues, and specific needs.
Access and Instructions:
You must provide access to your home or designated pick-up and drop-off locations as agreed. Any special instructions for your pet must be clearly communicated.
Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate services if we believe that continuing the service poses a risk to our staff, other pets, or violates our policies.
Termination by You:
You may terminate services with notice as specified in our cancellation policy. Any outstanding charges will be applicable.
Complaints
Any complaints should be directed to our customer service team. We will address concerns promptly and work towards a resolution.
Legal:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indore jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Indore jurisdiction
